Spice rack/kitchen remodeling

Cabinets that are 11 inches wide or narrower are one of the most frustrating places in the kitchen. They are so narrow and deep that you never know what is in the back of them. Some poeple have some success by cramming cookie sheets and brownie pans on their sides and closing the door as quickly as possible. Retrieving the pan you want is an equal challenge. You normally have to pull out most of the pans that are in this cabinet to find the one you want.
